- Ajoutez environ 1 cuillère à café de matcha dans un bol ou une tasse, puis versez un petit fond d’eau chaude, idéalement entre 70 et 80 °C.
- Fouettez énergiquement jusqu’à obtenir une texture lisse et légèrement mousseuse.
